MPM Wristbands Ltd always recommends using a fully insured postal service and are not responsible for the replacement of lost, delayed or damaged goods and we are not responsible for consequential loss. Our orders are dispatched using various services some insured & some not, it is up to the customer to opt for a fully insured service suitable for their order at their own cost.
Our turn around times are estimates and not guaranteed time frames. We will not be held responsible for missed delivery dates or extended production/turn around times, our production times can involve internal carriage times which are out of our control and can some times vary. We advise placing your order 4 - 6 weeks prior to your requested delivery date to avoid any unwanted delays.
